The publication provides an overview of the current state of architecture in Wallonia and Brussels, five years after the publication of the White Paper on Architecture in the French Community of Belgium. The book is an opportunity to draw the Else Universe cast iron. This font is obtained from the digitization of text pages that were optically composed by cheap photocomposition machines in the 1960s and 1970s. These pages are those of Georges Maciunas' book "Fluxus Codex". On this basis a cast iron with round angles, floating base lines and erratic kerning is produced. Univers Else is an experiment, a first attempt to escape the era of geometric purity, typical of the vector font design, initiated in the 1980s. It is published under a free license.
